WHAT IS THE PTO?
The Pecan Grove Elementary PTO is made up of parents, staff and the Principal of Pecan Grove Elementary. Our mission is to promote and encourage communication among parents, teachers, school administration and the community and to serve as a source of support. The PTO organizes events and activities to raise funds to enrich our children’s education, and to strengthen the bond between our school, our families and our community.
WHY JOIN THE PTO?
Membership in the PTO gives you a voice! Our members are entitled to vote on PTO related business, such as programs, budget and major projects/expenditures. It is also a great way to stay informed about PGE and connect with other parents. Becoming a member by paying dues, provides much needed financial support to our school. Volunteering is not a requirement of our members but is always welcome and appreciated! No matter how involved you choose to be, your membership in PGE PTO benefits every student and staff member at Pecan Grove Elementary.
